Free over €100 / $100 worldwide. Under €100, a flat carrier rate applies at checkout. For heavier or oversized orders where the carrier charges us more than €15, the free-shipping threshold becomes €150, applied automatically.

Shipped in 24h on business days. Delivery 1 to 3 business days within BE and NL. Tracking link by email once your order leaves the studio.

Not yet. Phrase Studios is built for the Lowlands first. If that changes, you will hear it here first.

14 days from delivery. The piece needs to come back unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

Reply to your order confirmation with the size, the reason, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We send a return label within a business day.

Return shipping is on the customer. Exchanges within BE and NL ship back to you free of charge.

Within 5 business days of us receiving the piece back. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Yes, same 14-day window. Final-sale pieces are marked at checkout and are not returnable.

Cold wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Skip the tumble dryer, hang dry in the shade. Heavyweight cotton and knitwear last longer this way and the colour stays where it should.

Iron inside out, medium heat, never directly on a print. For raised prints use a cloth between iron and fabric.

Hand wash cold or wool cycle. Lay flat to dry, never hang knit. De-pill with a comb a few times a season; it gets better looking with use.

As rarely as you can stand. Air between wears. When you do wash, cold and inside out, and hang dry.

Phrase Studios is an independent streetwear studio in Gent, founded in 2023. We design and release clothes in chapters, a focused set of pieces with a point of view rather than an open-ended catalogue.

A chapter is a release with its own concept and silhouette. When a chapter sells out it stays out; we would rather close a chapter than restock a piece we no longer stand behind.
