How do Phrase Studios pieces fit?

Our pieces have a relaxed, boxy unisex fit with a slight drop shoulder, true to size to slightly oversized. If you want a closer fit, size down one. Everything runs XS to XL, and the size guide on each product gives garment measurements in centimetres.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from Belgium. In Belgium and the Netherlands delivery is typically around 2 days, and shipping is free over €100 / $100. Order before 14:00 and your piece is dispatched the same day.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return an unworn piece. Our pieces are made in small numbers and are not restocked once a chapter closes, so use the size guide before you order.

What is The Circle and Pocket Change?

The Circle is our membership. You earn Pocket Change on every order, 1,000 to start and 10 for every €1 you spend, and you redeem it like store credit (100 Pocket Change is €1). Members also get early access to chapter drops.

Which payment methods can I use?

Bancontact, iDEAL, card, and Klarna. Klarna lets you spread payment at checkout.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Rarely. Phrase is built in chapters with a finite end. Once a chapter closes its pieces move to The Vault and are usually not reprinted, so if your size is in stock, that is the moment.

In the studio's own words.

From the studio. Phrase Studios is an independent streetwear studio in Gent, Belgium, founded 2023. The studio designs and releases clothing in chapters: focused sets of pieces written around a single idea, dropped together, never restocked once they close.

Each chapter is named for the feeling it is meant to carry. Heavyweight cotton is the default fabric. The colour palette is intentionally short. Pieces are sized XS to XL in a relaxed unisex fit. When a chapter closes it moves to The Vault and stays there.

The Lowlands is the home. Belgium and the Netherlands share a streetwear lineage that has not been written about as one identity yet. Patta and Daily Paper carried Amsterdam, Equalité carried Rotterdam. Phrase Studios sits in Gent and writes its chapter from there.

Foundations

Chapter 01 · 2023

The opening run. Heavyweight cotton tees and a single hoodie. The chapter that set the studio's rules: weigh the fabric, name the idea, keep the colour palette short.

Resurge

Chapter 02 · 2024

A jeans-led chapter. 420 GSM cotton, distressed and pieced together as a metaphor for getting back up. The Resurge Jean is the surviving piece from the run.

Born To Be A Star

Chapter 03 · 2024

A longsleeve-led chapter in cotton-spandex with statement front graphics. Released in black and white. A chapter about moving differently.

Floral Bloom

Chapter 04 · 2025

An embroidered floral tracksuit set. 100% heavyweight cotton, all-over floral embroidery on hoodie and joggers. The first chapter the studio printed in Dutch and English in parallel.

Horizon

Chapter 05 · 2025

A knitwear chapter. Cotton-wool, ribbed detail, subtle stitched text across the chest. Made for cooler days and for the studio's quieter register.
