1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Belgium and across Europe. For international shipping outside Europe, please contact us prior to ordering.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of your package.

Estimated delivery times:

Belgium: 1–3 business days
EU Countries: 3–7 business days
International: 3-7 business days (may vary based on customs)

We use trusted delivery partners such as Bpost, DHL, DPD or PostNL.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Delays and Issues

Phrase Studios is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at phrase.studios@gmail.com and we will assist you as best as possible.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Phrase Studios is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns are possible, but the customer has to pay for the shipping costs. Please return the product(s) in supplied condition and in the original packaging.
